Aarsleff Rail wins contract

for the maintenance of Aarhus Light Rail

On 6 July, Aarsleff Rail and Aarhus Light Rail I/S signed a 6-year contract for the maintenance of the future light rail system in Aarhus.

Aarsleff Rail has secured the contract for maintenance of Aarhus Light Rail in a tendering process.

The contract includes maintenance of tracks, signalling, traction current system and the light rail’s service and traffic centre in a six year period running from the opening of the light rail in May 2017.

Aarsleff Rail is very pleased with the contract. The job is comprehensive and exiting, and it is strategically important for Aarsleff Rail to win the contract for the maintenance of Denmark’s first light rail.
