Employees

Projects on railways place great demands on our employees' qualifications. We focus on ensuring that all our employees always have the necessary and relevant skills and certificates. We collaborate with course providers and prefer to have several employees to go through a course together.

We have employees with the special educations necessary for work on the Danish rail network such as SR1 and SR2 safety supervisors, FKI/SKI, loco drivers, OR safety supervisors for light rail systems, track work technicians and track welders.

In addition, we have railway signalling technicians, catenary technicians and electricians, all of which have advanced railway expertise and permissions to work with interlocking and catenary systems.

All employees in Aarsleff Rail attend a basic course on railway safety.

Our central competence function ensures that all employee competencies are updated when necessary. This means that our customers can always be certain that we are ready to carry out their tasks and do it competently, safely and in accordance with all applicable rules.
